Day Porter

Full-Time & Part-Time · Shreveport, LA

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of common areas, lobbies, restrooms, and high-traffic zones during daytime hours. Duties include continuous trash removal, disinfecting, restroom checks and restocking, spill response, light floor care, and ensuring the building remains presentable for tenants and visitors throughout the day.

Night Janitor

Performs comprehensive cleaning of assigned areas as part of a team during evening or overnight shifts. Responsibilities include vacuuming, dusting, restroom cleaning and sanitizing, disinfecting, trash removal, hard surface floor care, and ensuring all areas meet the established scope of work and quality standards before the start of the next business day.

Specializes in hard surface and carpet floor care, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, burnishing, stripping, refinishing, and carpet extraction. Operates floor care equipment safely and effectively, cleans equipment after each use, and maintains the appearance and longevity of flooring throughout the facility according to the building’s floor care schedule.
